Fresh Salsa & Pico De Gallo

This salsa is AMAZING, and everywhere I bring it I'm asked for the recipe! It makes a really good salsa and pico de gallo. You can alter the hotness by how many jalepeno seeds you put in. This salsa will become a craving of yours!

Ingredients:
2 diced tomatoes or 4 roma tomatoes (they are juicier)
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chiles - I suggest mild becuase you will be adding in a jalepeno
1 chopped jalepeno -add as many seeds as you like
1 half onion chopped
1-2 cups chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp. cumin
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tblsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients and enjoy! If you set this in the fridge for a few hours the salts will release more juices from the vegetables. If you are looking to use this as a pico de gallo then use right away, after a few days it turns into a true salsa. I have a batch of this sitting in my fridge about all summer, garden fresh goodness!
